What do most clients ask for help with?

We are most often asked to help reimagine or develop bold ideas for products, services, and experiences. Requests include guiding brainstorming sessions, design sprints, executive off-sites, team trainings, and innovation projects

Do you run virtual collaborations?

Yes, our collaborations are anchored in the psychology of building trust with in person discussion and visual thinking. However we do pair our in person time with virtual meetings and check-ins as needed.

Who’s involved in your collaborations?

We support a range of leaders from creative and business leaders to learning and development. We work with them to select the right players for the right space at the right time.

Where do these sessions take place?

We can hold our sessions in nearly any space. We customize it to the need. We have held sessions in Airbnbs, onsite conference rooms, in forests, inside sound stages, warehouses, and grand theaters.

How many people do you work with at a time?

It’s flexible. We balance group and individual needs to ensure it doesn’t become too many cooks the kitchen. Most of our collaborations involve 3-12 people. In addition we have also done collaborations with 1 person and another with 250 people.

How much time do most group spend with you?

We turn time constraints into opportunities. Our in person sessions range from a 2hour session all the way up to 10 or more days spread over months with teams doing work async from the in person sessions.

Do you offer training for groups?

Yes. We offer applied learning sessions on simulated challenges as well as the opportunity to pair them with real challenges for development of products, services, and experiences.

What is design thinking and how do you use it?

Design Thinking is a human centered framework for creative problem solving. It uses consistent inputs and outputs in a flexible and modular way so it can be used in 1 hour, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year, and so on.

Do you offer self guided digital or online training for innovation moonshots?

Yes—only here. But a reminder: landing a moonshot is hard, so know we are here to help and do it together.
